Czech President: Russians openly admit they violate regulations "because they can"

Czech President Petr Pavel has assessed Russia's current provocations and repeated violations of NATO airspace as exceptionally irresponsible on Moscow's part and could even lead to the downing of Russian aircraft. He believes such actions must be responded to appropriately, including the possibility of using military force. Pavel emphasized that although the situation teeters on the brink of conflict, there must be no concession to aggression and evil. He presented this position during NATO Days in Ostrava.
